At ULMA, a definition has
been made of certain differential competencies
it features as a Group, which have inspired
our corporate organisation by Areas of
Coordination. Consequently, this same criterion
is established to arrange the organisation
of the Central Departments, whose overall
purpose is focused on coordination.
The
Central Departments of the ULMA Group have
the nature of a Service and
are structured with a view to providing
support and streamlining for the Businesses
in the development of their General Policies.
They are the instigators of internal
synergies, whereby their structure is
of a technical and specialised nature
involving professional experts with experience
in the pursuit of their functions. |
