For the implementation of this
Management Strategy the ULMA Group has developed
its Management Model based on Hobekuntza (Improvement,
in Basque).
Hobekuntza sets out to be a Management
Model that, in response to the Principles of
TQM,
fosters and encourages the creative involvement
of the entire workforce. The purpose is to
uphold, in a sustained manner, an ongoing
improvement in the satisfaction of both customers
and Group personnel through internal procedures.
These stimulate Innovation and the Continuous
Improvement of its processes with cost-effectiveness,
achieving competitive advantages that are
upheld over time.
