Values of the ULMA Group
The ULMA Group bases its Values on the Basic Cooperative Principles that were set down during what was known as the Mondragon Cooperative Experience.

These Values are the moral precepts and beliefs that uphold the Group’s Culture and Philosophy and which aim to render the same an exceptional and coherent Business Organisation.

To begin with, the Individual in the ULMA Group is the cornerstone of the business. The skills and loyalty of the people who make up the Company are its main assets. Equally important is the knowledge forthcoming from the sharing of ideas and suggestions with customers, collaborators and Company staff.
