Management Strategy
The ULMA Group, as an element of cohesion and development for its business project, has established a Management Strategy whereby all its Businesses, as well as the Cooperative Bodies, follow a strategy based on the principles of Total Quality, focusing on Customers, Continuous Improvement and Participation, which will make the ULMA Group an exceptional and benchmark organisation in Business Management through an acknowledgement of its level of Excellence. The level attained in Management is to be regularly appraised through the EFQM model of Excellence or its ensuing adaptations to the reality of the ULMA Group.

At ULMA we are convinced of the need to base our management strategy on Total Quality, whereby it becomes the reference framework for the strategies of all our Businesses, setting goals and indicators that measure the evolution and fulfilment of the same.
