Focused on the
social environment in which the ULMA Group
is immersed, our Institutional Relations should
reveal our steadfast determination to fulfil
our Social Commitment. We are conscious of
our responsibility to Society. In consequence,
it is a priority for us to forge a link with
the main social partners that will enable us
to improve our business and social efficiency.
Accordingly,
within the framework of our Institutional Relations,
priority has been
given to our dealings with the Administration,
Public Bodies, Universities, Business Associations,
etc, in order to achieve a convergent approach
that leads to an improvement in our social
environment, as well as in the corporate
and social perception of ULMA.
As an illustrative
example, we collaborate with MU (University
of Mondragon) in the
task of bridging the gap between the academic
and business worlds. In this way, our undergraduates
gain a real perspective on the demands expected
of them in their jobs. Furthermore, we are
involved in ensuring that study plans are
designed to provide Society with professionals
equipped with the training and vocation for
business. |
